Dear neighbors,

Our old mailboxes will be removed, and the new ones will be installed beginning tomorrow, Thursday, August 4.  The process will take, at the most, a week.  Details that may interest you are bulleted below:

• Any mail in the boxes at the end of the day today will be taken to the post office and will need to be picked up from there.  Get whatever mail is in your box out by the end of today--Wednesday August 3rd.

• Any mail coming to your house from August 4 until the installation is complete will be at the post office and will need to be picked up from there.  You do not need to pick up the mail every day--the post office will hold it until you get it.  They will not put it back in your box once the install is complete, however.  A trip to the post office will be required to get your undelivered mail.

• The address of the Post Office where your mail will be during the transition is 2071 S Pacheco Street.

• Each address will receive three keys.  You do not need to turn in your old keys.  A timeline of the delivery of the new keys will be discussed in a second email, following my discussion with the installers tomorrow.  You will not need to drive to town for your keys--the HOA will have them to dispense to you all.
