• Talked about the wash our of road in August and reasons why they talked with a lawyer and stated that they  have nothing to do with the wash out.  Financially, they cannot afford the repairs and found out that Rosa Linda by their CCRs are responsible for the road from Calle Junipero and the last exit road of Rosa Linda.  
• The SRRA board decided going forward that they will only do 1.5 miles of Spur Ranch Road from 285 to Calle Junipero.
• That SRRA has no legal or financial responsibility for SRR.
• SSRA is now going to a single tier payment fee.
• SSRA reduced the board of members from 5 to 4
• SSRA decided not to dissolve the association
• Talked about the increase in dues
• SSRA submitted the application to the county roads commission but only from 285 to Calle Junipero
• The budget was approved 29 in favor, 7 against, 9 abstention
• Jim Leipold was approved to service another 3 years.  33 approved, 8 opposed, 1 abstention.
